Selected from Anstey Hill in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Paracombe, the vines for our Shiraz have been lovingly cultivated using traditional methods, including the art of hand pruning and picking. Our elegant, rich Shiraz will satisfy with subtle oak characters and fine long tannins on the finish. Enjoy it with a rich beef stew or a decadent chocolate dessert.
