Production area: Production area of Langhe D.O.C., Vigneto Morino.
Harvest: Manual, beginning of September.
wine-making process: Destemming, cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 24-48 hours and
soft pressing. A portion ferments in French oak barrels.
Ageing: On the lees in French oak casks with periodic batonage.
Pairings: In addition to traditional pairings with appetizers, fish first courses, white meat and fish main courses, its structure makes it the ideal accompaniment for red meat tartare, seasoned ham, oysters and
coquillages in general.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°C
Features: Deep straw yellow color, clear and bright. Very rich fruity bouquet with hints of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, grapefruit, honey and vanilla. It has a balanced, wide, dry taste and enhances the aromatic range to the
nose.
