Delivery timeframes begin once you receive your email confirmation:
Sydney & Melbourne – approximately four business days
Adelaide – approximately two business days
Regional SA – approximately four business days
Brisbane, Hobart, Perth – allow six-plus business days
Other regional and remote areas – allow six-plus business days
Alcohol will not be delivered to anyone under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery, and if not provided, we reserve the right to withhold the goods.
Purchases are intended strictly for personal use and not for resale.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and will appear in your order total before final confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within two business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, typically between two and 10 business days.
Any individual accepting the delivery at the nominated address is assumed to be authorised to receive it.
While we make every effort to meet your preferred delivery timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for any delay.

Returns & Refunds
In the rare case of breakage or damage during transit, we will arrange collection and send replacement goods at our expense.
If your product is faulty, defective, or not as described, we will arrange return shipping and offer you either a replacement or a full refund — the choice is yours.
Changed your mind? Return the goods within 7 days at your cost.
We’ll gladly exchange them for other items of equal value (excluding any opened bottles and extra shipping charges).

Vintage availability may vary. If a change is required, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you’d like to proceed, modify, or cancel your order.
Sales Contract
All transactions are processed at our licensed premises at 922 Port Road, Albert Park, South Australia, under Producers Licence No. XXXXXXX.
Payment Terms
A sale is not confirmed until payment has been processed and accepted. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed upon with us.
Ownership and Risk
Once your order is delivered to the nominated address, ownership and responsibility pass to you.
Pricing
All pricing is current at the time of order confirmation and may be subject to change. Delivery and handling charges (where applicable) are additional and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where legally permitted, our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of goods, or the cost of doing so. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by use or misuse of our products.
