Selected from Anstey Hill in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, the vines for our 2018 Cabernet Shiraz have been lovingly cultivated using traditional methods, including the art of hand pruning and picking, and aged in American and French oak.
This full bodied red delights with hints of sweet cherry, blackcurrant and savoury oak.
Bursts of dark fruit flavours of mulberry and plum add vibrancy, then give a smooth finish.
Enjoy it with braised beef short ribs or barbecued lamb.
