Production area: Production area of Nebbiolo d’Alba D.O.C.

Harvest: Manual, end of October.

Vinification: De-stemming and fermentation with maceration on the skins for at least 8-12 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Aging: 18 months of which at least 6 months of aging in oak barrels.

Features: Color tending to garnet, subtle floral scents, and a fruity of undergrowth and cherry jam; delicate palate that denotes an unexpected personality of freshness and tannins; original in the ability to age.

Pairings: Excellent pairings with cold cuts and aged cheeses, but also with delicate first courses such as risottos or rich ones like the Piemontese fried fry, chicken and fondue.

Serving temperature: 16°-18°C
