Totino Estate, born from neglected vineyards, cared for with love, passion & determination. Selected from Totino Estate in the picturesque Adeliade Hills, the vines for our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon have been lovingly cultivated using traditional methods, including the art of hand pruning and picking, and aged in American and French Oak.
This full bodied red delights with hints of sweet cherry, blackcurrant and savoury oak. Bursts of dark fruit flavours of mulberry and plum add vibrancy, then give a smooth finish. Enjoy it with braised beef short ribs or barbecued lamb.
